We are pleased to announce that on 20th August 2024, Orchid Cellmark Limited (trading as Cellmark and Cellmark Forensic Services) became part of the Eurofins Scientific Group.
Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company and a global scientific leader in bioanalytical testing. It provides a huge range of laboratory testing services to clients across multiple industries from its worldwide network of over 900 laboratories.
Whilst this represents a change in ownership, there is no change to Cellmark’s registered company name and there are no changes to our licences, certifications and accreditations.
This acquisition marks another chapter in Cellmark’s proud history of providing its customers with high quality laboratory services and excellent customer support which stretches back more than three and a half decades. Becoming part of the Eurofins international network of specialist laboratories provides greater financial resilience and opportunities for further service development.
We look forward to continuing to work with all our customers for DNA relationship analysis, hair drug and alcohol testing as well as our other specialist services.
